May 18, 2018 Events

Queensland Small Business Week runs from Monday 28th May to Friday 1st June.

Small business owners will find workshops and lectures around Queensland – some inexpensive, many free – on topics such as grant writing, importing, tax, marketing, social media and more. Attendees will be able to acquire ideas and skills, collaborate, identify new opportunities, network and connect with other small business owners and industry leaders. Visit the website for more information.

Here are just some of the workshops on offer. Check out the Event Calendar for the full list.

The Local Business Stars Breakfast in Atherton. A great opportunity for business owners, employees and local residents to learn from other successful business operators.

The Dalby Small Business Podcasts in Darling Downs. A series of interviews with local Dalby business owners, including a butcher and a cake shop.

Mindfulness in business workshop in Paddington. Learn how to remain motivated and focused; and how to use mindfulness to help you grow your business and enhance your personal life.
